I moved here a few months ago. They gave me such a hard time to get in & I should've taken that as a sign from God. However, I pushed & finally got in. Now I regret it. I get a cigarette smoke smell from my vents a few times each week. I mentioned it to management & they said all the vents on this side are connected (the 2 on my floor, and the 2 on each of the other 2 floors). That didn't even sound right to me. My neighbor who was moving out as I moved in said that was not true and that they just didn't want to clean the vents. I asked them to and have yet to hear from them. The entire management staff acts like they are above everyone. Besides that the apartment is ridiculously small and I hear every vehicle go by on the 408 all hours of the day & night. The good points are that the AC works well, the W/D are new and work well, good price & location, and...well I guess that's it. My suggestion is to find another income restricted community in the area.
