I too have been here for a several years...I am only still here because I am planning on moving into a house soon....In the beginning it was great. 2 bed/2 bath for $583, management was great. Miss you Jessica...now, rent is 755, not too bad, but management sucks now....I have been here through 4 management changes. When I called them out on that, one said that they advanced. However, i ran into one in a store one time and they agreed with me...it sucked...they moved on. If you like a bunch of kids running around, loud exhaust, car theft, disrespectful management....move in. If you do not believe me....call, hope to be put on hold, (which should not be a problem anyways), listen to what the property recording says about its' facility, then take a drive around the property, and go in the "clubhouse"....you will see for yourself....what a joke. Whenever I need a good laugh, that is what I do. Good luck.

I'm sorry you feel that you feel that way...but maybe many residents do not like changes. I beleive that we do take pride in what we do, but unfortunately we can not accamodate everyones needs and wants. We can only do what we are allowed to do. As far as safety, we do care about everyone's safety but we can not guarante it. When a resident has a complaint their best method is to report it to the office and we can send out the appropiate letters to our residents who are not complying with our rules and regulations. We are here to help and whateve concerns you may have you are more than welcome to stop by.

I also live in Waterford Pointe and agree with the last repsonse. I've lived there for about four years. All the other managers have done their job and been polite. I believe this is the fourth property manager I've lived there through. Margarita, Angie, Jessica and now the current one. The mangement is terrible. My toilet runs constantly, I have an ant problem, my refrigerator leaks, the gates never work (anymore) and I can never park near my building. I have mentioned all of these things to the management at different times. Some more than once. They always say they'll take care of it and never do. Like you said, an "oh well" attitude. They say that the gates are always broken and parking can't be taken care of, but somehow the other managers made it livable. It does take some effort though. The property manager doesn't care about anyone there and it shows. She's rude and always acts like she has something better to do. I can't wait until my lease is up and I can move out as well. I also will not recommend it to anyone.
