You can move here, but do not expect peace and quiet, normal neighbors, or maitenance to show...ever. I have been here just over a year and it has declined very quickly. Every moving truck carries a good family away and a disgusting one in. There are barefoot children running wild at all hours, drugs in the parking lot, and fireworks...whenever. It does not have to be July 4th, or before midnight fot that matter. My upstairs neighbors sound as if they are conducting Wrestlemania sessions on a nightly basis. If you move here PRAY that nothing breaks because maintenance will NEVER NEVER NEVER show up. You have to call at least 4 times to get anything done, and they will tell you how backed up they are, yet they always seem to be "chillin'" in the office. On the off chance you finally get them to show, they will do a portion of the job, tell you they will come back later, and you won't see them again until you call the office four or five more times. NA-STY!
