i work in orlando and in another location 2 hours away.. so i signed a 7 month lease with a verbal contract with april stating i could come back and extend it for the full 12 months at the end of it for the same price no hassle. Needless to say when i went in to have it extended all the sudden the policy changed..no honoring or even trying to work with there tenants.. maintence is ok but the overall condition of most apts is that there falling apart inside and out. as far as there approach to keep raising rent without doing anything to warrant it go figure. you get tons of things saying refer a friend and get xx dollars.. well we all know thats because they cant fill the damn place. drive around and look for the apts with lights on after 12 or 1 or 2 am those are all empty yet they still like to hike up the price..

all in all this is a full sail haven.. it used to be run by a decent manager who would try to group people together but now the current one is more set on filling it than keeping customers happy thus i am now stuck by two teeny girls with a boom box next to the wall.. why doesnt new mang care.. because if you break the lease your rents pay and deposit goes into a pool for there bonus.. nice huh.. real way to handle customers. as they say in business word of mouth is the best advertising.. and as you can see its working as this place isnt full.. its mostly low low class people. parties. vandalism.. paper thin walls.. id suggest going to a gov subsidized place and getting your moneys worth without all the hassle.

oh and get everything in writing.. even verbal contracts.. as the models you see are very nice.. but what you get in contrast is crap.. wall sockets painted over 10x times..carpet thats been dyed.. leaking windows and doors on the first floor.. and you gotta love spiders, ants, and silverfish.. tons
