I moved into Waterside in 2001 and moved out in 2002. At first everyone was nice - especially Ramona and the maintenance staff was very helpful. The walls are super thin, but I got over it. In 2002 I moved to another apartment in the same complex. WHAT WAS I THINKING''' They *%$@# me with fees and added deposit money. The new place was full of bugs, mold, cigarette smell and damage from the previous owner. The office was completly unhelpful - they gave us spray to mask the smell. When we moved out they charged me fees for leaving 'items in the apartment'. Know what they were' Two hangers and the wooden sticks that the apartment provided to keep the windows shut. Gary is a total slime who is impossible to deal with in a civilized fashion; April is snotty and jumps as high as Gary tells her. Horrible place. Go to a real complex with professional office staff.
