1. management is rude, does not follow through with requests, and is the antithesis of customer-service. for example, after placing repeated noise complaints, i have been told there is not much they can do and no one has followed up with me to let me know the results of my noise complaints.
2. unsafe. broken into cars, loud groups of people loitering in parking lots late at night. gunshots.
3. drugs sold everywhere.
4. dirty. stairwells, grounds, and amenities are disgusting.
5. don't waste your life living here.
