If you are a student, don't even think about trying to live here. They have such discrimination towards their younger tenants. We recieved noise complaints on nights where we had absolutely nothing going on. When we approached the management about it, they didn't even know what night they received the complaint on or which apartment it was for. One of the girls in the office flat out told us, "Everyone here hates you."
Also, nothing here in Waterside is worth the amount they are now trying to charge. The lakeview is nice, but not worth any of the trouble or money.
Lastly, it's not safe here. Someone was raped here this year. There are many cars broken into and the police are here often. I never feel safe even walking from my car to my apartment.

All rules and regulations are gone thru clearly on day of move-in. There a re no suprises. Management is very fair with all residents. Everyone is treated the same as per Florida Fair Housing laws. There was never anyone raped here at Waterside. The police presence is due to haveing a Orange county Sheriffs deputy live on the property. He does multiple courtesy patrols, as well as has other deputies do courtesy patrols. Management works very closely with the sheriffs department to avoid problems at the property.

There were people who ODed there and DIED on property. Drugs everywhere. Gave the place a face lift but the underlined problem is still there. I saw after Charley, i watched the reconstruction I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT
