I think they ask too much for what they offer, most likely because they are located next to a lake. Obviously built around the 60's-70's you can see the old cabinets and old dishwashers. Laundry room is no suprise here either, and the weight room is practically useless and small. I think insulation is poor. And the fixes it's had are done sloppy. I can't believe how much grey dust I vaccum every day from that carpet. Like cement type dust. AC borke but got fixed the same day, same applies to the curtains. Never had neighbor nor noise problems. Water bill goes up each month.
