I have lived at Waterside for about 7 years. I have never seen a problem that has not been fixed. I find it funny to read some of the reviews here. i know some of these people, and they either got evicted or kicked out for not following the rules. Waterside has been a great place with a great staff. the only negative would be they are tough on the rules, but thats why I move here. i did not want to live at party central. They also have a courtesy officer that patrols the property. I highly recommend Wateride, and if anything, come take a look. I know you will love it just like i and many of the other residents do. If it was such a bad place, they would have such a waitlist to get in.
