nice place to live, but watch out..

The maintenance staff is really on top of things, the management staff is really nice, but be careful..they will stick you with fees and charges. They were repaving the roads and if you were parked where they were repaving they would tow your car. They gave us plenty of warning before hand, but we were out for the day WITH OUR CAR, and they charged us for towing OUR CAR. Now, how does that happen'
