I lived at Waterside while attending Fullsail. For the price, it is the best in the area. The office was always helpful, and the maint. was always prompt. I loved being by the lake, and having the shopping across the street. Since i did not have a car, it was nice having the bike trail to get to school. If your going to Fullsail, definitely check this place out.
