This place is 100% NOT WORTH IT! At first it looked decent. The community looked like a family community and looked like it was in a nice area. Oh boy, looks can be very deceiving! The day we moved in we had problems. There was holes in the kitchen tile, stains on the carpet, and bugs. The bugs thing I accepted because it's Florida and that's what you get in Florida on the first floor.

I found out that the area wasn't safe at all! It was so unsafe that when I called to order pizza they said they won't deliver there because they've had people rob them. That was the first thing that struck my nerves the wrong way.

The second thing that bothered me was a week or two after we moved in I walked to my car and on the window was a flyer(as well as all the other cars around mine) asking if we had any information on a MURDER that happened in that complex!!!!! They never told us anything about that before we moved in.

Lastly, and the part that tipped our decision to get the hell out of there was that someone had the nerve to climb up on our balcony to get to the second floor apartment and rob them. Funniest part is our side looked onto the main road so there were always cars driving by. Go figure. And they stole my bike which was chained to the balcony fence while they were at it.

Don't do it! It may be cheap, but it's not worth your life.

wow if you want to live in hell then this is the place for you all i can say is get ready for an adventure, waterstone is the boTtom or pit from hell maintenance issueS galore my clothes stayed on the floor for 3months while they never came to fix the closet all up until the time i left oh yeah i broke the lease little kids threaten me a six foot six man weighing 300 pounds and the kids said they would egg my windows surely they were true to their word eggs all over the dwelling of my apartment scratches on my car, where the children rule the parking area and wouldnt move even when they see you trying to park in a assigned space corridors are filthy dried up ice cream place smelled like a incinerator, bags of trash outside people apartment, the day i moved in as i was unloading the uhaul 5 kids took liberty to take candy inside a candy dish inside the truck, young adults smoking POT ouside my dwelling loud music all hours of the weekends children out late at night unsupervised making playground noise parking lot was a playground, apartment doors being kicked in while resident was home, parking lot full of people in parking area barbecueing, fitness center only open during office hours as well as the fitness center, this place is not a place to live dont be fooled by promotions you will be ashamed to let anyone know you live there you just would be embarrased to let people know yo couldnt do any better than this for it surely makes a poor fashion statement CAN WE SAY GHETTO BOYS AND GIRLS TO THE UTTERMOST.
