RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! This is the worst place I ever lived in. The staff is terrible. The maintenance is terrible. They do nothing. It takes them several weeks to fix a problem. The current issue i have with maintenance i told them about over 1 month ago. They came, they looked, they never came back. Evetytime i call to get them to come the staff says they'll be out today. I worked my way up to the project manager and she said no ine will leave today untill they address your problem. I'M STILL WAITING. The staff stinks. From the secretary, to the leasing agents, to the assistant manager, to the property manager. They're all the same. They do not care anything about the people that live here. None of then live here and they never would. The "security gate" never works. Even when it does there's always some idiot letting people in that don't belong here. Then they wonder why there's murders and all these crimes. People robbing, kids playing pranks. You name it. They give you a good rate when you move in but that's just to reel you in. Once your in they hike the rate up. When I moved in my rate was good. That's what got me in this he'll hole in the first place. Now I pay $800 for a two bedroom and they are telling people that the 3 BR is $675. My rent is hiked up to pay the new tenants discount. Little do they know they'll be in my position. There's nothing about this place that's worth moving into. I wouldn't move here knowing what I know if the rent was free. I can't wait till my lease is over. I'm counting down the days. I'd stay in a hotel before I stay here another year.
