This apartment community is income restricted, so be aware. It is an okay community when it comes to being pretty quiet and safe, except you can hear your adjacent neighbors very clearly when they are outside. However, it has more downsides than anything. I have lived here for 4 years and have continuously had issues with the office staff and management, as well as constant maintenance issues that are ignored. It seems that since we are income restricted and the rent is lower, they don't care as much. There are some bug issues here and there, but they try to keep them under control. The parking lot is always a mess with glass and trash; residents are continuously working on their cars, and the parking spaces are tiny causing MANY dings to my car doors over the years. The bus stop is about a 1/4-1/3 mile walk as well. The dumpster is always full and overflowing. We also are located right next to the garbage plant, so their is a "wonderful" stench coming from there on a regular basis. If you have a choice, I would suggest staying away from the Concord Management locations (there are LOTS of them in central florida!) The only reason I have stayed for so long is the rent price, but the end has finally come and I will not look back! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

" OMG are you stupid!? I thought I was a complaining old -----. smaller parking spaces ! lol pleaseeeee... you say bugs but then say they handle it. WHATS YOUR POINT? WHO TOLD YOU TO ACCEPT AN APARTMENT NEAR THE TRASH. STUPID!!! I expect to move in soon. the parking is same size as other apartments. people work on cars on weekend in the best of places be it a hobby or cannot afford to pay someone to do it.... i saw no trash on my 4 visits and dumpster was never overflowing. you seem like someone who will have a problem anywhere. as far as the office staff if you have a issue with 1 person go to another person. every complex I lived in has has 1 or 2 employees who were not on top of thier game. but you don't sound as if you are either,,, what a freakin crybaby.. To those that said this review was wrong...look at all the recent reviews. They state the exact thing that this person said, just this one was a little earlier! Plus boca666 above didn't even live there when responding...uh hello! you have no room to say anything unless you live there and have experienced it firsthand!!! I agree, Waterview is a bad choice...stay away!!!
