this property is quiet and very clean
i love the office staff,they are are very courteous
and always happy to help me.
maintenance is quick to come fix anything
i am very happy with the overall atmosphere
of this property,i will be renewing my lease for sure.

Seems like anytime a bad review comes through, a couple new good reviews come behind it to try and bring up the score...management or employees posting them?...hmmmmmmmm, wouldn't be surprised with that group, typical liars.

I dunno... the neighboring community (where I live) only has a 46% approval rating. And mostly cause of the bugs. If Waterview doesn't have bug problems, it's probably pretty nice.
