I have lived here for 2 years, and I can't stand it anymore I am moving out. First of all they showed me a model and made me sign a lease before I saw the actual apartment I would be moving into...and my aparmtent looks absolutley NOTHING like the model. When I moved in the carpet is dark brown but so dirty it's almost black, there are drawer that are broken, the fridge leaks and they have supposivly fixed it and it still leaks. Everytime I use my dishwasher it floods my kitchen floor(which they have said they fixed it) Obviously NOT!! The kitchen and bathroom flooring is peeling up. They said they have pest control, which they did twice when i first moved in and then never did it again. Spiders are horrible. On saturdays and Sundays the pool will be locked in the middle of the summer, with no one around to open it. Besides that it stays dirty. A year ago they gave all residents gate cards and said they were now going to start leaving the gate closed, but never did so the gate stays wide open. And it doesn't matter when they have a "security person" at the gate because they just let people in anyways without calling the resident to see if it's okay.
The office manager (a man) thinks he's GOD, and is a complete jerk. I started off paying $505 which now was raised to renew my leaser to $570 for a 550 sq ft. one bedroom, and my nieghbor moved in a bigger apartment (750 sq ft) and pays only $520.
I can go on and on with the problems here.
So move in at your own risk!!
