I lived in these apartmennnts for 2 years. During that time anything that could go wrong, did. From the jacuzzi being so hot you could boil an egg, to me being charged for pet damages ( I had no Damn pets). I constantly complained that my carpeting was coming undone where the linoleum and carpet meet. They kept saying that they do not repair or replace till we move out. Finally they try to say my dog ripped the carpet. WHAT DOG '''' The assistant manager allowed me to pay my rent a week late. When I finally come to pay my rent, the assistant manager is no longer employed there and the manager will not take my rent because he placed me under eviction. It cost me an extra $1000 to fix a situation they had agreed to. Gary is the worst, rudest, and most self-centered district manager i ever met. Don't make any agreements with him because he will not honor it !!!

I was a previous resident,the apartment i moved in was very dirty,and because of that the rent was lowered, because i was a student, rent was allowed to be late by a couple of days,the complaint i had was that i could not keep any food in my cabinate because ants were everywhere, and water was leaking from the refridgerator, i did complain but nothing was done,unfortionately i had to leave the apartment.
