I have been living there since 2000..I loved it because it was like a paradise in the middle of the desert due to the fact that it is located right off of south OBT (bad location) and it was very nice and peaceful. But lately because of the promotion they are giving in the surrounding areas (which are not so good), other people from surrounding areas are moving in, and now it is not as good, because even being out in the patio, you need to be aware of children running into you, making loud noise, or dealing with the neighbor's garbage from their part of the patio! Then if you want to move out, NOW you have to give 2 months rent in advance! (before it was just one!)
