This has to be the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. The Manager is a TOTAL PRICK, the things in the apartment were constantly breaking, the A/C leaks and does water damage to all the surounding walls and floors (not just in my apartment, I checked with the surrounding apartments as well), TONS of roches that they can never get rid of. The security is a joke, they hassle the residents more than a visitor. I was moved in for 2 days comming from AZ and they already had a warrning sticker saying that I would be towed out of there in 24 hours if I didn't have the plates changed!! Numorus times the manager has said that he has notified residents of things when he full well knows that he did not. The 2 women in the office Marcy and Kristy (I think) are real nice, but not enough to turn my vote to keep away from the place. The apartments are WAY over priced for the area it is located in and the size of the apartments. The only way I was able to get out of the lease was because my apartment and the one right above mine was COMDEMMED. They gave us 1 day notice (even though he claims it was more than 3) to move out. A day later he had the gall to place a renewal letter on our door stating the rent was going to be increased an ADDITIONAL 100.00 a month to equal a total of 730 a month! If I were you heed this warrning and never even concider this place unless that place is bought up by a REAL management company and gets rid of that Gary.
