We lived in the Waterways for 5 years. On the 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings a nice apartment. You pay extra for the extra windows (for being in a corner) but we have a good location, parking close to the building and pool view.
There's only one dumpster so you have to drive your car around property to get there with the garbage in your trunk, or...walk with the bag.

What is really bad is that they don't enforce the pet policy: a neighbor had a SNAKE, huge snake and they dumped the snake in the pool for a bath, others take their dogs for bath there too. Also, don't think you can walk freely, always always look down. Nobody walk their pets with the scoop so there is dog ---- all over the grass.

Management changed all the time, and no they aren't nice. We left because every year the rent increases a lot (over $60.00) and there was no consideration for good tenants like us that always paid on time and were living there for so long.

We had the ants problem too. And there is NO SECURITY. I loved my neighbors and the location. But in 5 years the management never cleaned my carpets (we requested this every year) and didn't want to give us paint to keep the apartment looking nice and new.
