I've lived there for 4 years because it's close to my job and school. Can't complain about area or maintenance. But now per management, we have to pay other utilities not included in contract like water, sewer, trash...and their advertisement about the Clubhouse is misleading! What clubhouse' Not for tenant use! Only for management activities! Plus the hot spa is hardly ever in service! And if you want your carpets cleaned or replaced after living there for a while, NO!...even if you renew your lease, you have to pay to clean them!
