This person is right! Since the new management switched in, the pools are now cesspools, there is no security, the gates aren't working at all.

It also took them 3 days to fix our A.C. last month. They then tried to charge us $60 with no explanation of what the charge was for. It took three phone calls to clear that mess up.

Since we are under new management all of the maintenance guys that used to live and work here were laid off so when the fire alarm was pulled the other night at 10:00, it took them an hour to find someone to figure out how to turn it off.

On top of this, the neighbors are noisy & like to share their loud music, TV, kids, and fighting. The walls are so thin you hear everything...EEEWWWWW!

yes everything stated earlier is true...the gates are broken...no one in the office half the time and then I get some bill for $80 for who knows what! I call the office but the phone is always busy and no one is in the office if I go by! The only notice I had that the property changed hands was a trashy photocopy stating that ownership has changed...no info on the changes to be made, no word on who the owners are...do not rent here!

The new management is called Greystar Management Services, they have 4 offices across the USA and all 4 have an unsatisfactory rating with the better business bureau. Would any of the residents be interested in filing a joint complaint to the office and potentially with the attorney general's office?

I actually contacted an attorney about my experience but he told me I had waited too long to do anything....but I would LOVE to be part of a group complaint!!!
