biggest mistake i made since moving to FL

From the first day I moved in here it has been an UGLY....UGLY and UGLIER experience. The management has no compassion for the tenants or how the tenant's feel about anything. The management's one and only concern is their money oh and they make mistakes and will NOT accept responsibility for THEIR mistakes (like losing the rent check you dropped in the dropbox)and they will penalize you for their mistake so get ready to pay up. They also lie to tenants in their face they do not make repairs or complete maintainece requests. They gave me my apt DIRTY but charged me a cleaning fee at move-in. The only way I was able to remediate this situation was to move!
