Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have lived at the Waterways since the Fall of 2004. I found the apt online and did everything via the phone or mail because I was moving from another city. When I arrived I was very disappointed. Since my lights, cable, phone were all cut on I had no choice but to stay.
I could tell very long stories, but I will just meantion the most recent. Last year I had an energy audit done because I was relocated for work during the summer, but my light bill was getting constantly higher. The OUC indicated that my air conditioning unit was broken and needed to be replaced. The old mamnagement did nothing. When new management came in (THEY SUCK!!!!!) I began speaking with them about replacing my unit. This began in April. When my May utility bill arrived it was over $250.00 for one month. I live in a two bedroom apartment. I called constantly and even went by to speak with management and they made promises, but did nothing. I finally went after another month had passed and refused to leave until I had some answers. I finally had my unit replaced and then received my new utility bill for $270.00! Now my fight is for them to refund for what I have had to pay because of a broken air conditioning unit.
Please look somewhere else before moving here. They are trying to make the outside look nice, when then inside are 20 yrs old with old carpet and appliances.
DON'T DO IT!!!!!
