The management here is the worse I've ever seen. I've had two major issues with water leaks that took them weeks to even get to and now I'm dealing with a third leak. This place is a nightmare and I warn anyone looking to look else where.

this apartment worse and so getto the ,management they don t do they job right my apartment if falling apart i have call code enforcerment and they still they have been done nothing they only want you rent they dont care about you .. its nasty place

I really understand that. I have been here for 3 years and I have seen it go from worst to very bad. The Management especially don't care about you. We moved from to another apartment in the complex and cleaned the apartment from head to toe so we could receive our deposit back and we have been waiting and getting the runaround for about a year. I truly would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I hope they get theirs.

I thoroughly agree with what's been said here. The management is the worst. They keep saying we're going to do this and that but never stand behind what they say. The so called gate hasn't been working for years the way it should. The laudrymat is closed because they can't find anyone cheap enough to keep it up. The loud music and the inconsiderate neighbors don't help it. They'll let anyone rent here. This is becoming like a New York slum area.
