I've lived in this complex over two years. To get any maintenance beyond something that could hurt the apartment is practically impossible. It took almost two days to get a malfunctioning refrigerator repaired and I've waited almost six weeks to get a screen in one of my windows and I still don't have it. The gate on this "gated community" has worked for about 2 days TOTAL since I moved in. Lots of promises and more promises from the management but you have to talk to the management company to get almost anything done. Outside lighting goes unrepaired and one of the hot tubs has been almost empty and GREEN for about a year. Not a good place to live.
