Unless your bum or hooker I would never live here. Myself (22 college student) and my boyfriend (27) live together and when we first moved here we had one day to find a place. Unfortunately we got stuck at the Waterways. Let me begin by saying there were bedbugs in our apartment and no we didnt bring them there were even some painted over on the walls. After about two weeks we figured out what was attacking us at night. Just so you know bedbugs are parasites and feed off your blood when your sleeping at night. We had to throw out our mattress, wash everything, bomb the apartment and they were still here. When we told the managers they said they would let their daughter stay here (ya sure). The pest guy did take care of the problem after that but it was a very traumatic experience. Secondly the neighbors next to us were very dirty they lived in their apartment without electric for at least a month and when they were evicted we got a chance to see the insider of their apartment. Let me just tell you there was mold in the refrigerator holes in the walls burn marks everywhere it was complete day and night from our well kept place.
The neighbors overall are very loud and blar all kinds of music at all hours. Nine in the morning till Midnight...I am a college student and many times I would have to leave to get piece and quite. Just to study.
As far as the property..the pool is ALWAYS dirty and I would never swim in it..We thought we could us the laundry room onsite and it was like playing Russian Roulette half of the washers and dryers didnt work..the fun part..hoping the one you picked worked after you put money in...The gates are always broken and security works on the most random nights...like Mondays but not Friday at seven o'clock but not at nine o'clock it makes nooo sense especially since robbers only work on Mondays at seven and not nine.(Yeah right) The apartment is very old and out dated and Our mail box is on the other side of the complex even when there is one right next to our building.
Recently new flowers were planted and the parking lot has been paved but please dont be fooled...Dont live here
