When I first moved in, I thought that this would be a nice place to live. I was wrong. The staff was very helpful, at first, but my encounters with them has gone downhill the longer I have lived here. It takes two or three weeks for them just to come out and do pest control. It took 4 months for them to replace a broken fixture in my apartment, even after repeated complaints. I have been continually harassed by other residents for asking them to keep their noise down at 3am. Children have no regard for moving vehicles and are always out in the roadway. In general, I have felt very unsave at this complex and am very to have moved out. I would not recommend moving in here unless you speak fluent Spanish, have kids, or no problem with noise levels.
