I have been living at Wentworth for 3 years but I am being transferred out of town. I have read through some of the comments a must say there is two sides to every story. I have always been treated well and taken care of during my stay here and I would come back. It is a shame that too often the good points are never shared. The staff is pleasant, the grounds are nice and location and rental rates are great.

I wish you could tell me the good things you saw in here. I agree with you the staff is nice specially the manager. She's great, but they are not the problem. The problem here is the people who are letting rent here. This people are nasty. I have been living here for the same amount of time 3 years and at the beginning used to be nice but that changed. Now is not worth living here I mean come on, come by at night when you can really see all the action. Cops in here just about every night. People stealing cars or things from cars. Selling drugs. Loud noise from cars or inside apartments. This people here don't have any respect for others. Is this what you call a nice place to live. With all do respect you must be Spanish or ------- american in order to like it here cause 98% of the people that live here are that and yes they love it here. I'm spanish myself but I'm clean and I respect my neighbor and I think living here is really unpleasant. I can't wait to leave. There are no good points here.

I was in the process of applying to this complex. I visit the place this past summer and I liked it very much compared to other communities. However, after reading some of the comments I have second thoughts. Is it really that awful. Do you recommend any other location in the area. As they say looks can be deceiving. Please respond, anyone!! Thanks.

It depends in the area in which you want to live and how much you are willing to spend. I think this website is great try to look for apartments in the area you want and always read really good the comments of people. That helps in your decision. For example you have the comments on this place so you know is not good, So move on to the next best thing on the list. I personaly don't recommend this place. Unless you like noise, or people hanging around the stairs late at night. I have noticed that a lot of the people that lives here are from NY the ghetto part ofcourse and they think the can act here the same way they do over there. I can say pay a little more and don't go to income restricted places. I hope this helps. Thanks!

I lived in Wentworth for 3 years. my EX still lives there but we were only happy with it for the first year we lived there. we were moved into the 2nd phase near the lake which was great, back when it was new. now they let any fool move in and the folks that move in, dont seem to care about the property, they let their kids run around like idiots, they have little or NO Respect for anyone or their property, they practically loiter around the streets, its ridiculous. The hallways are dirty, disgusting and half the time have people lounging around like it's the ghetto they came from. This place has potential and the staff indeed is pleasant. However- they let anyone and everyone move in and it's killing the community.

I believe everyone has to qualify under the same guidelines and a criminal background is also ran on those over 18 yrs.
