I can honestly say that wenthworth has turned into a getto i lived there for 2 years and could not wait to get out. There is so much loitering in the halls by teenage kids, and if you look outside it quite obvious the drug dealers outside selling to other people, my downstairs neighbor states he is part of a gang and 4 months before i moved out he was beating up badly by another gang in my neighborhood and to top it off they spray painted the whole front of the building with thier gang signs, there was also a shootout in the next building next to me, the cost of living may be cheap here, but if you have children i would not recommend you staying here, the front office is rude, basically if you cannot speak spanish they dont give a damn to even try and help you especially after you signed your lease, i had a ceiling fan dangling from ceiling for 2 weeks and i called 5 times telling them i needed it fix, my last call my friend was actually siging a lease with one of the girls when i called and the lady stated to me she was typing the info in the computer right now..well she lied because my friend watched her the whole time..i finally got help when i pulled a maintaence man from outside to come help me. Most of them are pretty nice, its the office that is a problem they do not do commute well. All in all i have seen break in in broad daylight i actually witnessed someone stealing hubcaps off someones car... all in all wenthworth is not worth my money
