No security is offered in most communites. The community is NOT falling apart as a matter of fact it is in very very good condition and they maintain everything very well.

Well I live in phase 1 that have leaking celings and everytime it rains it rains in my apartment. The bathroom has leaking problems and it has not been fixed the many times that I have put in a request. So don't tell me it's in good condition when I know that it is a mess!!!
