this place is no good i have children and could not even let them play outside, there was a shooting and they did not let anyone know of the shooting i found out through the news. and it was right by my building, when you ask for a maintence issue it takes 3 months for them to come and you have to continue to keep calling cover and over with issues. some of there management are rude and no business professional at all. i lived there for about 4 years, and they did not want to break my lease they gave me a hard time all i wanted to do was leave a month before my lease because i could not stand to have my children there anymore.

You lived there for 4 years yet is was so terrible??? But now that they expect you to fullfill your commitment to the lease you now have issues with them??? Hummmm....

I live there and I don't know about any shooting. When did it happen & where / why? I do know about this guy who lived there: U.S. Marshals and Orange County deputies Wednesday arrested a local man wanted on a 2006 outstanding warrant in Massachusetts for raping a child and assault with a knife. Officials at the U.S. Marshals Orlando Division said Jose Eduardo Vasquez, 33, worked as a graveyard shift janitor at Universal Studios' City Walk. He was contracted out to the popular nightspot by a local maintenance management company, U.S. Marshals said. Records show that Vasquez obtained a Florida driver's license in April and was living at his parent's east Orange County apartment at 10149 Eastmar Commons Blvd., where he was arrested. "This guy was hiding out with is mom and dad and they all knew he had the warrant out for his arrest," Deputy U.S. Marshal Jimmy W. Disbrow said. "He'll be extradited back to Massachusetts to face charges." Disbrow said the Massachusetts authorities did not provide the U.S. Marshals with information on the rape charges.
