These people dont admit they have a GANG problem people walking around at 2AM with clubs and bats, Children ganging up on other kids, The Admin only picks and screws around with the decent residents they are afraid of the thugs thay live here. I will leave this place as soon as my contract is over. DONT MOVE HERE!

Management responds to issues accordingly. And according to contact at Orange County Sheriff's Office we are one of the best communities in this area. We have no Gang activity~feel free to contact OCSO Gang unit to confirm. Residents post negative issues when they are confronted to address breaches in the lease and rectify accordingly. We have residents that vacate and RETURN because of how well we take care of our community and issues. What a shame since you are asked to follow the rules and regulations you must make negative and inaccurate comments. Good luck in your next home!

the staff can be rude and apathetic but when you are firm in your requests to get something rectified they do attend to the matter, it just takes them awhile. the pool areas could use more maintenance. whats up with the black mold in the pool? the pools are usually closed, but when one is open it has slimy mold growing on the walls and pieces of dirt and glass at the bottom. and yes there are gangs in this community no matter what this post says. i spent quite a deal of time counseling the kids around here telling them to be safe and watch themselves on the street. my children never venture out the door and whenever they hear people fighting over drugs or domestic violence issues they run to my bedroom scared because "sometging really bad is going on outside mommy" but hey you get what u pay for and the rent is really cheap...if the people that lived here took some pride in their surroundings this place would not be that bad to live....the trail w the lake is very pretty and they do have grills and tables for bbq throughout the grounds....u just have to make the best of it
