Unfortunately I have lived in Wentworth also, I dont know how but according to this 4 people like the complex, and I wouldn't be surprised if the staff wrote that to defend themselves. First of all - the office needs to hire some leasing consultants that know how to speak FLUENT english instead of broken spanglish. The office manager is probably the rudest and idiotic female that I have ever met. The maintenance men do not know what they are doing - getting new blinds resulted in him LOSING their copy of my apartment key and having to replace my locks and buying new copies. The gate card that the front office assigned me at the time of move in didn't even open the gate. If you are cleaning your house and you take out the trash, 10 minutes pass and you have a notice on your door telling you that the trash is not allowed to be outside your door. The "security officer" too is an idiot - he came to my house on a "noise complaint" and completely by-passed the couple who lives on the lower level that was smoking marijuana in the hallway. One weekend me and my roommate went away only to come back to a noise complaint where we were accused of playing loud music, running in the hallways etc. when we brought it up to the front office they said that the neighbors below were the ones responsible (which your not allowed to tell who exactly complained on you) and basically that they believed them, the hall light went out leaving the bottom 2 staircases so dark that you had to push a button of your cell phone to get it to light up the pathway. One of the gyms do not have air conditioning which make it 10x harder to workout and half the machines do not work how they are supposed to. The whole idea of gas stoves is ridiculous, if you lean on the stove even lightly the knob turns and not shortly after that you can smell the gas in your whole house. The front office doesn't provide air filters but at the time of move out complains about the one you have and the amount of dust on it. The front gates were always open and not very far from me someones window got bashed in, the appearance at first was appealing until the trash started to overflow into the street so bad that you couldnt even use the drive thru part - overall wentworth sucks and so does the staff, its the worst place I have ever lived and definitely would recommend future residents to consider all of their options before moving there.

i have lived here almost 3 yrs and feel the same way...i have no choice but to stay because of the price
