This place sucks rent went up so it is not even that affordable, you can't even use the amenities the laundry room , weight room and pool are always locked and the play grounds for my kids are falling apart with the adults and kids smoking, drinking, and cursing hang out, my kid is scared to ride his bike I don't go out after dark, when I drive in when i come home the kids don't even move out of the middle of the road. I have had problems with Roaches, washer and dryer issues that I pay extra for. we have had electrical issues, bathroom issues ect.. this place is always trashed I don't know how many times the 2 dumpsters are overflowed and trash is all over the sidewalk and street. this place is trash, the Manager lady is never at work and if she is she is to busy BSing. We have had cops come in here with Guns drawn 2-3 times. Trust me Don't move in!!!!!!!!!
