Dingy, poorly kept apartments and apathetic manager

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Abandoned cars left in parking lot for months, MILDEW on windowsills, FILTHY carpets and walls and MOLDY ventillation system. DIRTY AIR even infiltrated our refridgerator/freezer. Management did not respond to several requests to correct the situations. Overall the apartment manager was apathetic and less than straightforward.
