The onlt good thing I can say is the staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. They misled us from the beginning about the cost of rent and we were surprised by a higher cost then what was originally quoted. The apartments are very old and not well maintained. When we moved in our windows had not even been cleaned and there were cobwebs inside and out. The appliances are very, very old and the A/C has to be "repaired" at least once a month. Noise in the stairwell echos through your apartment, so if the neighbors aren't sleeping, neither are you. The parking lot is not well lit, if you're unlucky enough to get stuck on the ghetto, outskirts of the complex (as we are). The landscaping is only kept up on the interior apartments. We have no cute bushes, just dirt. We have a bad spider, ant, and roach problem. The Florida Turnpike is right outside the window, so it's very loud. Pool is very small and inadequate for a complex of this size. We can't wait to move out.
