Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2006
I have been with Westwinds since 1995, and the whole time I have been here I have never seen my rent increase and much and it has this year. The staff would not lower the rent increase. This is not a good way to reward people who have been here for 11 years. These apartments are not worth the money that they are asking considering you have to pay for all the utilities. Next year I plan to be in a house of my own.
The maintenance is great, I have not seen any pest control people considering since I am paying for it.
My advice to all who looks at this place, don't there are better places out there with better management. Where they appreciate people who have been with them for 11 years.
