We moved here sight unseen. I cried. I don't even know where to begin. The carpets are stained and shredding off the wall, the kitchen cabinets are warped, the basic apartment design is closed off. We have essentially one window. The ac is moldy. There is closet space, but is basically unusable. The tub and sinks are actually painted. Roaches' We got them too. We see one or two every few months and I'm told that's not too bad. Since this is Florida and they own the state! Things have gotten better since we arrived. The staff has gotten better. They are more friendly and a little more consistent. We haven't seen much crime at all. If you're to spend your hard earned money on a place you want to call home this isn't it.
