first off i can't believe that they would charge $770 for a 502 sqft. one bedroom apartment and continue to raise the rent every year for it. they cry market value goes up every year, but just a block away i have a friend the pays $500 a month for a 517 sqft.

i had a vehicle wrongfully towed away cause the leasing office "assumed" that the car didn't run even though i drove it there and i let it sit for 4 days! they never asked me if it ran or anything. they never recovered my car or offered any help or compensation

then i had my luxury car raped of its rims and tires and nobody seen or heard anything even though it's right next to the mail box area which is high traffic.

there has been numerous home invasions, robberies and assaults here which is unacceptable for all the money you pay to live here.

now due to the lazy practice of the VIP retention center i'm being charged one months rent once i move out when it was the VIP center's fault for not getting back to me with a deal to convince me to renew, which i plan on contesting. the leasing office is a POS! the apartments are POS! the lighting is POS! and the attitude of the employees here are POS!
