I moved in May of 08 with my roommate, and so far I have not really seen any of the problems that everyone is talking about. Any problem we have had maintance has been out same day to fix it, and the girls in the office are amazing, always pleasant and ready to help. The apartments are not new, but they are decent. We have never had a problem with any crime or people being loud. Actually this place is dead quite after like 7-730pm. The only real noise you hear is the traffic from Kirkman road and even that is not that bad. The only real complaint I would have is the fact that someone keeps breaking the enterance gate, but even that is not that big of a deal.( Like I stated earlier not a big problem with crime). I say if your looking for a place in the Metro West area this is a great place to live!!!
