The staff here does not care about the residents. The maintenance staff are lazy ***holes who love to inconvenience the residents. I have been here for about 2 years now, only because they were cheap. Well, I guess that it's true when they say, you get what you pay for and I certainly did with this s**thole of an apartment. It should tell you something when the front office staff is changing every month, I guess the people that had the common sense to leave realized what a rip off this complex is. The street lights only work after there is an armed robbery or vandalism of some sort. The gates are never working and when they are, only half of the gate opens. People enjoy having sexual intercourse down in the community pool and jacuzzi. If you have issues when you move in' Be prepared to either fix it yourself or learn to live with it because the maintenance staff will not fix it unless you cause a scene in the front office.
