She is the worst person I. never meet, she is unreasonable, unapproachable and she is only interested in the rent being paid on time..
She cut cable service, she try to get paid for anything
I lived here almost 8 years , but she is horrible, especially with ---------------------------------------------------------- I do not know what is her problem.
All the areas are dirty , the only clean when is going to be inspected, otherwise
you find old microwave close to the yard, the maingate works only 4 o 5 days at month

Rent is due on the first and it should be paid on time, I dont see what is the problem with that.

hey arribaecuador,how more irresponsible can u be,please let me know where i might be able to find an apartment where i dont have to pay the rent on time, and yet continue to live without any problems.You are so lucky,i mean, you dont pay you rent on time ,and they only cut your cable--I been living in this complex for 5 years,------- is a very nice person and very approchable as well as her staff--she's only doing her job,i mean maybe you are just pissed because you didn't pay you rent--stop giving the wrong feed back,and pay you your freaking rent--thank god she didn't throw you out--

ive been living in this complex for 10 years of my life! and let me tell u something ------- is VERY unapprouchable.she treats everybody differently,im 12 years old and shes always had something against me and i never dissrespected her..ive always followed the rules and everything she has asked for.and also westbrook is very dirty.its been getting out of control latley.and the only staff thats acctually worthy of working there is ------,and ya ok ------- is doing her job but i believe she can do her job a little bit more respectful,because..i dont know what it is but she kicks little kids out of the pool. when they are drinking water!! and they are witha basketball in their hands not even dribbling it and she kicks them out..shes done that to me twice before and im starting to get pissed.i think she has no means and no standerds in running an apartment complex.and shes a person who -----------------------. and someone whos paranoid with childern

Wow, has it gotten that bad? I use to work at Westbrook about five years ago I was a leasing agent there, let me tell you back then we made sure the grounds were good and clean. I even remember the manager at the time that was there here name was ----. I'm very surprised that the corporate office hasn't been advised of what's going on. I'm really surprised, it was really a lovely place when I worked there.

I've lived in Westbrook for about 6 years and I have to agree all the comments about -------, she is extremely rude. This community was great at first but is only gotten worst, and yes it only gets clean when is time to inspect. Thank God I'm leaving this year!!
