I stumbled on this site while goofing off & it's funny to see that things haven't changed much. I lived in this complex a very long time ago, back in the 1980's and it was perfect for a young person just starting out. While the apartments are a bit small, they are well maintained and the grounds are clean. Reading the other review about the maintenance man named Alan brought a smile to my face! That man was there waaay back when I was & I always remember him going above & beyond to help anyone out. All in all, if things have remain unchanged from when I lived here, i certainly would recommend it.

No offense, but this review is worthless. You lived here in the Eighties??! Yeah, and I hear rents in downtown Atlanta were quite reasonable right after the Civil War, if you didn't mind the slight smoke damage. WTF? Your positive rating from the Jurassic Period skews the results in an already questionable pool. Please "goof off" somewhere else, and save your fond reminiscing for your grandkids. Unless, of course, management put you up to this, which would at least make a modicum of sense.
