As a current resident for almost a full year I can say that I will be moving when my lease is up in a month. I personally am always polite no matter what and to the defense of the crew here they are pleasant. But that does not make up for the litter, the poor gate functions, the slow response on non-emergency repairs, and the poor pest control.

I pay monthly for pest and i keep a clean place but the roaches and ants still find a way in. After inspection i found a dozen holes where old pipes were removed or capped. These holes go straight back to the wall space where critters travel between apartments. Lazy maintenance crews can ruin the experience. As of now i won't renew my lease.

Unfortunately the management doesn't care because there is a "greater sucker" that they will find to take your place. Thanks for the comments. Hopefully these people will start to realize that these forums are out here and people DO read them?!

This is my 3rd year here and I will likely be moving as well. However I have had very little problems with the roaches/ants for one single and simple reason. As soon as you move into ANY apartment around here go buy a caulk gun and some caulk and drywall dap for larger holes. Find any and all the holes you can and plug them up. I will be moving with my wife elsewhere mainly due to space issues. Maintenance guys are generally friendly just when they are there, ask them if they can get this little one thing or that little thing. They 90% of the time have no issues fixing anything else as long as its not an hour long job. This isnt just this complex, its everywhere and you wont find too much better elsewhere without the above.
