Windsor at Kirkman Apartments on Metrowest Boulevard

Don't do it. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I agree with below - looks can be deceiving. Outwardly, it appears like a very nice apartment complex, however, once inside, the wheels fall off. They have cheap cabinets, even cheaper fans in all rooms, the counter tops are from the 70's and the ducks have taken up residence in the swimming pools from time to time. They did clean the breezeways with pressure washers and valet garbage is nice. The front gates no longer work and haven't for some time, but the armed guard makes it feel a bit safer when they're actually roaming property instead of planting themselves at the front gate. The condo conversion will be an expensive facade to cover the poor quality inside. Don't rent...and certainly do not buy.
