If you're contemplating moving there, don't do it! It looks nice, but it's a total ghetto. People get robbed and carjacked on a regular basis and management pretends it doesn't happen. I know this for a fact because I was a victim of one of the crimes. One guy held a gun to my head while another robbed me in front of my building. The next day, management advised me that 'being scared is not a good reason to get out of your lease.' The gates are always broken. People climb over the fence and it takes months for it to get fixed. The landscaping is kept nice, but people leave trash all over the place and it takes weeks/months sometimes for it to get cleaned up. The noise is terrible...you can hear neighbors at all hours of the night. Even though it's in the lease that noise is not to be annoying to other residents, the management doesn't enforce it. In fact, they don't enforce anything. It's not worth the rent and it's definitely not worth the purchase price $250k for a piece of crap apartment! The construction is poor. And you're right next to Willow Key and Pine Hills. If you like taking a chance with your life every time you venture to/from the parking lot, then it's a great place to live. I do NOT recommend it.
