I moved in here about 2 months ago...within 2 weeks of being here, besides the plumbing issues, parking issues, neighbor issues, and security issues, they sold my apt to some guy in a different country, who doesn't speak english...they wont provide me with any information...yet this guy is supposed to be my new landlord...with all maintenance issues and rent and water taken care of by him' how is that supposed to work' the business center, and all other amenities are supposed to be 18 and up...yet i had to wait 45 minutes today...just to wait for some 14 year old chatting on myspace.com and blasting BET...in order to get on...which seems to be an everyday occurence...there is supposed to be free tennis lessons offered...yet there's no tennis court...there are supposed to be classes at the gym every night...but when you show up there...there's no instructor and it's locked...there's supposed to be a video rental (doesn't exist), tanning booth (also doesn't exist), steam room (which has had something rotting in it for over a month), and sauna (which they lost the key to)...the pool is supposed to be open until 10...but they close it "at dusk"...but if you happen to go down by there...there's always a security guard sitting with his friends...and drinking a beer(that's really protecting the residents)...and if your unit is sold to a new landlord...any issues (like the ones above) are given a response of "You're no longer my tenant, and you're no longer my problem", by the property manager (named Kitty)...don't fall into the trap of the free herbal coffee or cookies they offer you to get you in the door...you might be seeing a "resort style property"...but you are paying way to much...and at what price is your sanity worth'

Talk about lies!!!! I have lived here for 3 years. I have no problems with my neighbors, plumbing or anything described in this review except for the 14 year olds on myspace. Did you bother to go tell someone in the office and have them get the kids out of there? Probably not. It's not like that everyday, but come on it's summer time. What do you expect? You probably don't have any kids. I'm a real estate agent and owner here and just because a guy in a different country owns your unit doesn't mean that you won't have everything taken care of and if you don't then move and sue him for the rent you've paid. You had first option to buy that condo, and because you passed it up, they sold it to someone else. There are 2 tennis courts and free lessons. They are in the back of the property next to the dog park and new playground. There are aerobics and yoga classes, you can call the fitness instructor, Brian and ask him when they offer them. In condo conversions things change. They got rid of the video rental and tanning booth. They also added a bistro kitchen, pool table, new office, new computer room, free wifi in public areas, a dog park, and a new playground. Not to mention new equipment in the gym, 24 hour security patrol etc. And you're crying over videos and a tanning bed. We live in Florida, if you want a free tan go lie in the sun. If you want the information on who owns your condo you can go to the courthouse and get it. It is public information. Oh and the pool does close at 10 and if you politely ask the security guard to let you stay they will let you as long as it's just you and 1 other person. I've never seen a security guard down there with friends and drinking a beer and if so why don't you report him? Stop your BITCHING!!!
