This place is amazing. Great staff, beautiful amenities. I own a condo here and couldn't be happier. Anyone that doesn't like it here is lying. Come check it out. I've lived here for 3 years and have never loved a place so much. It is like living in a resort. I read all the other reviews and have no idea what any of these people are talking about. Take it from and owner and real estate agent, this place is great.

It sounds to me like this is someone who works for the Palms Club. Don't believe them! Take it from someone who lived there for several years. I was attacked on the property in front of my building by two men with guns and many others have been attacked, robbed, or carjacked there as well. Don't make the same mistake I did! It looks like a resort, but it is crawling with roaches and criminals.

Listen lady, I'm sorry that you were attacked. That was at a time when crime rates in Metrowest were getting out of control. After that occurred, The Palms Club employed Wakenhut security who patrols the property 24-7 and doesn't let anyone pass the guard gate without writing down their license plate and checking ID. No, I don't work for the Palms. I do own here and love it. As far as roaches and criminals, the roaches here aren't overwhelming, I've had 2 or 3 A YEAR. It's Florida, there are roaches anywhere you live. I feel safe enough at this property to walk my dog at 2 or 3 in the morning by myself. If security drives by while I'm outside they watch me until I go back home. I'm sorry that that happened to you, but you would be lying to say that this place wasn't much safer than it use to be and from what I've seen it is the most secured property that I've seen in MetroWest. Considering that I am a realtor (not employed by The Palms) I go to a lot of properties and I can promise you this place has the best security in the area.

Don't listen to this realtor! He/she (unlike you, I don't assume if your are a male or female)is just trying to make money. It's not safe to live there. The complex right next door is low income with a lot of crime and drugs. Sure, there may be security onsite, and it may be 'safer' to live there now. But, if you want to venture outside of the complex, do it at your own risk. And as far as the security writing down everyone's license plates, I once saw someone peel out so that the guard did not have a chance to write it down and the guard did not follow them. Also, if a criminal goes there with a stolen vehicle, what will he care if the guard writes down the plate number? It's not his anyway! These apartments are also poorly constructed and are certainly not worth the asking price. I wouldn't own one of those apartments if they were giving them away. Read all the reviews and decide if you would rather take the advice from tenants who are trying to warn you or from a realtor who wants to make money off of you. I personally wish someone would have warned me...

I have lived at this complex for about seven years now. Alwaysburbaby is a frickin liar who obviously has an agenda. In the past 2-3 years since the corporate takeover, this place has gone down fast. I am not even speaking of the crime outside the gates which has grown by over 50% in the past two years. The complex cannot control that but it is losing money, it has cut back on staff and now can no longer afford to pay insurance to keep the security guards armed. You forgot to mention a few things didn't you alwaysburbaby?? You are pathethic.

I've taken the liberty to walk around the community and I've met some residences that frankly are fortunate enough to have good neighbors sharing their clean hallways; others have insignificant noise issues. Some residences, however, are the troublemakers and the riff raffs so they don???t really care about what happens here. Of course we all have different experiences based on our expectations. I wouldn???t give alwaysbubaby a difficult time on her opinions of the community. She fortunately has had a good experience living here. Mine, however??? was nothing short of a nightmare and I???m looking forward to the day I get the HELL out of here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ps. the sales people in the office should insist on having the hallways in building 1 & 14 by the pool properly cleaned and cleared of people???s personal items since they have to show the place to potential buyers?????? The mess in the hallways is much more obvious when the pool area is well kept...did anyone in the office ever think of this minor detail??

I'm not sure which complex you are talking about but I lived in the Palms Club from May 07 till Dec 07 when my neighbors place caught on fire and we were forced to move due to the mold the water damaged caused. We had a our little problems with the Palms Club, but I never felt unsafe, some residents get loud and over the weekends trash is a problem. But over all the apartments were huge for the price, cable is included as is the washer and dryer plus trash and sewer. We had some trouble with Maint. depending on the issue. When the AC broke they came the same day within an hour or two, when the microwave broke we waited two weeks for a new one. I lived right by the lake so we had the roaches/water bug things, ew, but they weren't that bad only a few and maint did come out to spray which helped for awhile. Other wise we never had a bug problem. It's not perfect but compared to other Orlando apartments especially the one I was forced to move to, I'd love to live there again. The staff was nice enough and was very good when the fire happened. They let us out of our lease with no problem. Overall it's a good place, and no I don't work for the Palms club, I jus happened to really like the place. Especially my bathtub which i miss greatly those are hard to find anywhere else.

This is alwaysburbaby. I can't believe that people get so rude over a simple post in regards to the community that I use to live in. I bought my condo for $165K and now you can buy the same one for 30K so I let the property go and am now short selling it. I did enjoy living at the Palms Club. I was fortunate enough to have good neighbors that were clean. Security was always nice to me as well as the staff. PeterThom77, you need to chill. Don't get all riled up over someones opinion. For the last time I am a realtor, but I don't work for the Palms Club. It is a nice place to live. You have to realize that in apartment living your experience is the luck of the draw. You can't help who your neighbors are especially in an area like Metrowest. The Palms definitely made a mistake when they did 3 months free rent, they attracted the wrong crowd. Anyway, if you still live there, good luck to you. Personally I loved it there and would still live there if the condo hadn't lost so much value.
