OMG this place is terrible! The outside appearance is deceiving with its lush shrubbery, flowering trees, manicured grass, and redwood bark. Once they suck you in, you re trapped in the ghetto. Let me define ghetto: It s a locked community; that includes the residents, as the gates never work so plan on waiting 10 minutes or longer to get through the guard gates. Then get your parking spot; oh right, there s not enough parking, and people will park behind your car so you can t get out. Trash is over the halls and stairwells, including old furniture, boxes, and garbage. Be be kids are running around unsupervised drinking alcohol, smoking marijuana, and pulling fire alarms. Then of course you have the younger be bes unsupervised around the pools busting up the furniture and slicing the lounges. Now lets move inside the ghetto Noise plan on excessive music, particularly the bass blasting through your walls and ceilings all hours of the night (hope you don t get up early for work). Don t plan on being comfortable in the nice air conditioning, because it doesn t work, it ll run and blow the fan, just don t expect a cool down. Plan on investing in roach killer; better yet buy some stock in Home Defense, because they WILL be in your apartment lots of them!! Oh they have an exterminator that will come out once a week, but I think they spray food for them. Window screens have splits in them, and the windows themselves are painted over, so you need a putty knife to open them initially. The refrigerator leaks between the freezer and fridge, so expect to clean green/black mold at least once a week. The washer sounds like a plane landing, it s so loud you can t hear anything else while it s on spin cycle. Ah, that s right, lets talk with management. Hope you know sign language, because it s like talking to deaf ears. I m counting the days that my lease is up!!!!! If you see a positive review, I can assure you it s from management (they suck), or someone who purchased one of these ---- holes trying to rent it out. If you don t believe me, just come and speak with some of the people who live here.

Yes you are sooooo right. My post was too nice. Yours I love........This is the worst place I've ever lived hands down!!.....I'm completely disgusted with it myself.......Hopefully enough of these negative reviews will get management going......This is more than a community out of control, it's madness!!!!!!!!
